  • Any attendee who brings a potential member can register for free. Please also add a guest and include the information for the potential member during registration. Their ticket will be provided at no charge as well.

    Bring 2+ potential members and receive free tickets as well as a $25 gift card to Ace's Depot!

    All those who bring a potential member will be entered into a drawing to win a free year of chamber membership.
  • For anyone who is a current member in good standing with the Olmsted Chamber of Commerce.
  • Anyone who is not a current member of the Olmsted Chamber is welcome to attend at the non-member rate.

  • How to invest in your employees to create positive team culture and retain talent

Cost is $25 for Berea and Olmsted Chamber members. $35 for non-members.

Diane has an in-depth knowledge of OhioMeansJobs centers from Youth Services, Career Services, and Business Services. She helps educate job seekers and employers about all their opportunities. She has a strong passion to assist under-resourced communities and bring awareness of social changes. Her overall mission and goal are to connect people to gainful employment that leads to being economically self-sufficient.

Geraldine Weiser, Executive Director, Client Solutions and Programs
Tri-C Corporate College

Geraldine is responsible for managing client relationships to support the development of their human capital by means of offering customized talent development services and training for organizations throughout Northeast Ohio. She listens and collaborates with clients to understand their specific goals, business objectives, and the driving force behind their needs in order to offer the best solutions and assemble the right resources. Having successfully lead teams in multiple industries and business units, her experience ultimately provides her the insight to provide your workforce the tailor-made training programs best suited to both your learners’ and organizations’ needs.

Please note: This event will serve as the Annual Meeting for the Olmsted Chamber of Commerce. Brief remarks regarding an annual review will be provided. Members are encouraged to attend and cast their vote for 2023 Board of Directors candidates. Members in good standing are eligible to cast one vote per membership and must be present at this event to vote.
